WITHIN JAPAN

Delivery charges are applied based on your location in Japan. The delivery carrier used for domestic orders is YAMATO TRANSPORT and Japan Post.

* Due to the characteristics of the system, weights and charges above the upper limit set by the shipping company may be displayed. If these are selected, I will contact you and correct the shipping fee, and ship it.

NTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Depending on the destination country, postage fees may vary. My system automatically calculates the shipping costs for your individual order based on the total weight and your destination country. Simply add all desired items to your virtual shopping cart and proceed to the check-out page to calculate the shipping costs. For international orders, my standard shipping partner is Japan Post.

REGARDING CUSTOMS CLEARANCE AND DUTIES

Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, import of certain goods may be restricted or prohibited. Any additional fees incurred during the customs clearance process will the responsibility of the customer.

REGARDING RETURNED ARTICLES

I will charge a shipping fee for any items that are sent back by the shipping company as a result of illegitimate reasons (e.g. failure to receive the items, exhausting the storage deadline of the shipping company etc.).

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

REGARDING RETURNS & EXCHANGE

In general, due to the nature of the products I deals in, I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges issued by the customer after an order has been received. Once your order arrives, please confirm the contents of your delivery and the condition of the items carefully and promptly. 

I accept exchanges for new items or equivalent items or refund, at least one of the conditions listed below apply:

  • If there are one or more items differing from the original order,

  • If there are defects caused during production/publication of the book (such as pagination/binding errors, physical damage etc.),

  • If there are damages occurred during transportation.

However, in the situations outlined below, I reserve the right to refuse returns & exchanges:

  • If there are any damage caused by the customer,

  • If items returned in incomplete state and/or without corresponding accessories,

  • If when items have been modified.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

If it corresponds to a defective product, I will bear the return shipping cost.
